Well, Jose Merel, Michael Magidson and Jason Cazares are back in court for the brutal murder of Gwen Araujo. Initially, the defense had claimed that GWEN was responsible for her own death. Many of the details were kept from the jurors so, this may have been a believable story - until we learned that the victim was beaten with a soup can and an iron skillet... Damn those Iron Chefs.. they make cooking look so easy!!! I mean, Gwen must have been stirring up some soup in an old skillet when she decided to beat the shit out of herself... ASSHOLES!!!

Jose Merel, Michael Magidson, Jason Cazares (who called themselves the 3 Stooges) were boozing pretty heavily at a party the night of Oct. 4th when 2 of the 'men' whom previously had sex with Araujo, confronted her about being biologically a male...

maggotson took Araujo into the bathroom, felt her up and discovered that 'she' was a, 'he'... they all flipped out, beat her up, killed her, burried her and went to McDonalds.. where they LOVE TO SEE YOU SMILE!!!

Well, a few obvious questions here - if 2 of the men previously had 'sex' with her... wait, wait, maybe I didn't ask that question properly... if 2 of the men ALREADY had sex with her... how were they still confused about her sexuality?

No worries boys, you'll have plenty of experience gropping testicles and learing all about transgender sex where you're going. And if you're lucky, they may even let you keep you darling nicknames. But this time instead of the, "3 Stooges" - it's gonna be, "The Golden Girls."

Three Charged With Hate Crime-Murder of Cross-Dressing Teen.

NEWARK, Calif. — Three men were charged with murder Fridayin the death (Oct. 4 2002) of a cross-dressing 17-year-old boy whose body was found in a shallow grave two weeks after s/he disappeared from a party.

Police said Eddie Araujo showed up at the Oct. 3 house party as a girl named "Lida," and was assaulted and killed after the suspects learned he was a boy.

The defendants allegedly beat him nearly unconscious, then tightened a rope around his neck until he appeared to be dead. They then drove his body to a remote spot in the Sierra foothills and buried him, a police affidavit said.

Michael Magidson, 27, Jaron Nabors, 19, and Jose Merel, 24, appeared in court Friday on charges of murder with a hate-crime enhancement. They entered no pleas and were held without bail.

Nabors' lawyer, Robert J. Beles, said his client had no violence in his background... well guess what, he does now!!!

"There's no bias in him," Beles said, nothing to indicate that Nabors "would actively participate in any type of homophobic activity."

Aren't all crimes hate crimes? Do you break a guy's neck 'cause you love him?
