533 Error, At&t, SBC
To continue in the tradition of April Fool's Day, my ATT/SBC/Yahoo/Suck my Balls email account suddenly stopped sending messages.  I'm getting a '553 Error smtp.att.yahoo.com' phucking great.

I call SBC, patiently sit through the voice prompter and discover that the error I'm receiving is due to an upgrade in their security and their servers blah phucking blah.  So rather than sending all their valued customers a preemptive email, SBC or ATT, or whomever is responsible, decide to surprise the customer on April Fool's.  Well, Surprise!!!

I call back. This time I'm lucky enough to reach someone in the Philippines.  I always ask what country I'm in, knowing full well it's never in the States.  I give the lady my call back number but she tells me that, because of their high volume of calls, she cannot offer a call back.  So the one time you would need a call back,(when you don't want to wait another 30 minutes on hold) they won't do it.

So after explaining my sad story, she puts me on hold and 5 minutes later, Lucy in Texas answers?  Yes, we've moved from the Philippines to Texas.  Lucky for Lucy, I get to reiterate my issue.  She walks me through some bullshit set up via Yahoo mail.  The idea here is to verify your email address through Yahoo!  Security my ass.  Sounds more like a marketing ploy.  Anyway, after walking me through the steps, I still couldn't (and can't) send mail.  "Sorry" Lucy says, then transfers me to YAHOO! support (which of course is an oxymoron).  After giving me 3 lousy options from which to chose, the same voice prompter (from 30 minutes ago) says goodbye and hangs up.  WTF?!
