Among the many advantages of living in a big city, pollution, traffic and shootings, we also have to contend with, long lines.

Half our life is spent waiting in line. Hurry up and wait.

Wait in line at the bank, bus stop, restaurant, post office, cafeteria..everywhere we go we have to wait.

If you live in a big city, it can take up to 3 hours to run 3 errands. Traffic is a bitch and rush hour seems to be whenever you're on the road.

Sure traffic is a bitch, so are all the phucking valet's. I spend more on tips, valets and car washes living in LA than Apu makes all year tending to his patty fields in India.

Your nerves are a little shot come 3PM. As you find yourself waiting yet again in another bank line, Cindy decides to take out her cell phone and gab away. What's even better is she has a worthless head set on which causes her to talk louder than normal.

"Can you believe it...I'm actually out of the house. Yeah, the cast came off yesterday and there's a big lump in my couch.. blah blah phucking blah."

So now at 3PM after spending the last two hours in traffic, I have to listen to some retardeded conversation about Cindy's couch potato ways? How is this proper social conduct!

It used to be that only bums and vagrants could get away with such wacky behavior. Now with a simple ear piece, it's acceptable for anyone to be walking around shouting and waving their fists.

There needs to be a bi-law banning the use of cell phones in line ups. Nobody wants to hear your tripe, especially in a long line where you have no choice but to wait and listen to some asshole motor off behind you.
