In legal documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Scott Cosman and Rik Fedyck agreed to drop their lawsuit against the ladies, in exchange for a confidential settlement. The two guys claimed they had "nightmares," after Richards called them "f**king c**ksucker at least 12-15 times as well as scumbags, douche bags and paparazzi scum." Sometimes it pays to be a douche!

Here's Where It Started: 
LOS ANGELES (March 23, 2007) – Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson are being sued by two photographers for a host of complaints including defamation, assault, battery, false arrest and negligence for an incident that occurred last November in Canada.

Denise was on the set of "Blonde and Blonder," filming scenes at the River Rock Casino in British Columbia when she spotted photographers, now revealed as Rik Fedyck and Scott Cosman taking pictures of her.

She approached them and threw a laptop off a hotel balcony she previously recounted to Access Hollywood. The laptop grazed an elderly woman on its decent.

In their suit, the photographers claim a story different to Richards' account:

"Defendant Richards became enraged, stormed up several stairs to the concourse and/or balcony where plaintiffs Fedyck and Cosman were located. Richards launched into a verbal tirade and physical assault upon Cosman and Fedyck which lasted well over 20 minutes."

The photographers claim the incident was captured on a hotel security tape, which the Canadian Mounted Police have in their possession, the lawsuit alleges.

Richards is also accused of calling them a host of names including "c*** suckers," "scumbags," "douche bags," "paparazzi scum" and "f****** c*** s****** paparazzi. They claim she also pushed and hit them and threw two laptops off the balcony.

"Thereafter, defendants Anderson and Richards made repeated false and defamatory statements to law enforcement and various media outlets which were deliberately calculated to embarrass, humiliate and ridicule plaintiffs to the extent that they would be unable to secure work as freelance celebrity and sports photographers in the future," the suit continues.
 
Denise gave her account of the incident to Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson:

"I saw one of the photographers, went up to him and offered to give him a few nice shots and asked him to please leave so we can focus on our scene. He wouldn't and he got really belligerent and he was saying vulgar, nasty things to me and made a derogatory remark about my family. I just did what I did and I feel terrible," she said at the time, referring to the laptop. "It's something I've never done before with the paparazzi, but sometimes, at some point, it just crosses the line."

The photographers are seeking lost revenue and "exemplary and punitive damages in an amount to be determined by a jury."

Cosman and Fedyck remind me of that little scrawny allergy ridden kid in elementary school that would tell the teacher whenever someone picked on them (a daily affair no doubt).  Then in high school they were probably rejected by women that looked like Denise and Pam...and now all these years later, it's payback time.  Where's the old woman who actually got hit with the laptop? 

I don't know what I'd be more embarrassed about,  being called a cocksucker for 20 minutes by a beautiful woman and reporting it to the police or claiming you've had nightmares and are actually suing over it.  Because let's be honest, if you're running around town taking pictures of celebrities - aren't you asking to be called a cocksucker?
