Arelia Margarita Taveras, a lawyer from Minnesota is betting what's left of her fortune on a lawsuit that she has filed against several casinos in AC and Vegas.

Wait a minute, Vegas?  Isn't that a few blocks from AC...don't you have to fly there?  Don't you have to buy a ticket, pack your bags, and make a reservation...in other words how is going to Vegas an impulse?  Sure, if you live down the street...

"They protect themselves against us, well, who is protecting us against them."

Is she kidding?  Does she think the casinos send people out into the streets with guns and drugs to prey on our children?  Can minors enter the casino?  No.  Taveras obviously has a problem and now, like any trained lawyer, is looking to blame someone else.  Because God knows, it's not her fault that she walked or drove herself to the casino and sat there for days on end brushing her teeth with handi-wipes.  Nasty pig.

She says, just like a bartender, the dealers at the blackjack tables in seven casinos should have cut her off and kicked her out.

Yeah okay, and like any true drunk, you just go find another place to drink or gamble. 

Taveras said, "I would pass out at the tables. They had a duty of care to me. Nobody in their right mind would gamble for four or five straight days without sleeping."  BINGO!!!  'RIGHT MIND' You obviously don't have one.  How did you pass the BAR exam?

"They owe me a duty of care” Phuck this, doesn't society owe me a duty of care when it comes to retards like Arelia Margarita Taveras?  So now after she's lost a million bucks, she's going for broke (and humiliation) by trying to sue the casinos. 

Gee, I wonder what she's going to do if she wins the money?
