This weekend it finally dawned on my why it is that women irritate the phuck out of men. Yes, it was a very long weekend.

Women have the innate urge and calling to help, to fix, to make better... now of course some women are much better at it than others, but the simple truth is, females always want to improve their surroundings.

Like magpies... and other nesting creatures, they gather. They touch things up, straighten, primp.. fluff, fold... they are always arranging and organizing.

I know.. Wow - how did I ever come up with that one on my own..

But to be more precise, women not only want to improve on their living space, they want to improve on their man.. and THAT is where it gets all out whack.

"Honey, why don't you wear this shirt, it'll look better with those shoes..."

If I wanted to wear that shirt.. guess what? I'd be wearing that shirt.

This past Sunday, my partner and I were about to go shopping - I figured I'll show some respect and change out of my tank top and put on a presentable shirt... was that good enough? No! Because you see, I still wearing sweat pants.

"Oh, you're wearing those?"

Now maybe this is where I need to learn a few things.. rather than succumb to her facial gestures and the rolling of the eyes, I should have said..."yup" and left it at that... but NO... like a spineless, avoidance theorist, I put on a pair of pants... and slithered out the door.

If we want to wear sweat pants on a Sunday.. let us.

Why do you have to drive so fast? Why do you have have to stop so close to the car in front of you... why? why? why? Until I crash the car or get a speeding ticket, please shut up and let me drive.

Do women really have to wonder why their boyfriend or husband would rather spend 8 hours stuck in traffic with their best mate than to be with stuck with you?

Oh, you're wearing those pants? ... Can you imagine two guys saying that to each other? Guys just let each other be.

So why must women feel compelled to do the opposite? Why? why? why? peck, peck, peck, crow, crow crow...
