How To Compliment A Hot Chick?  You Don't.  She has heard everything. Nothing you can come up with will ever be witty enough to hide the fact your tongue is hanging out. So just chill and don't say a word.

Talk about everything else but her. It'll kill her. And "killing" her oddly enough is what you want. If you need it explained it goes like this...

Every guy she ever comes across tries to come up with something witty in an attempt to make her hang around them longer...even 10 seconds longer. Do you think you are hiding the fact that you think she's hot. She knows she's hot. Don't add fuel to her fire.

So quite simply, say nothing. Even though you are dying to, you will be so happy you "weren't that guy." Be nice, courteous and polite, but stay away from, "pathetic."

Just be kind when you compliment a woman, not creepy. Practice random acts of kindness and less creepiness I say.
