All your focus, all your energy is directed towards one objective, picking up a chick.

The only reason you shower on a Friday night is to pick up a chick...hair gel...for a chick...cologne, for a chick... you get the idea.

Like a finely trained Fedayeen loyalist, you would sacrifice everything just, "to get some" or die trying.

Is it worth it? Sure it is. Your stories of desperation, humiliation and rejection will be good for a few laughs in the years to come. So enjoy it.

BUT if you happen to be the 1% who actually listens to advice, then - Don't waste too much energy on your night out.

My life and happiness is now sadly dictated by the days of the week. The closer to the weekend we get, the happier I become. Much was the same with my night's out. If I didn't get her number, I didn't like the bar. If I didn't get laid I was never going back.

Now that I think of it, it's much the same way in the animal kingdom. If a lion discovers a barren hunting ground, why would he go back...

But unike the animal kingdom, we have free will. Given that, don't let your evening's success dictate your opinions. Enjoy your buddies company, relax and everything will come at it's own pace... or by 2AM when you get home and finish up on your own.
