It's a strange Freudian thing...boys marry their mothers, girls, their fathers.  Actually, in fact, it may not be that strange after all...

We grow up watching and learning from our parents.  We learn to become comfortable with their characteristics, learn to admire their qualities...blah blah...so maybe when we are looking for our significant other, we subconsciously head towards that feeling that nurtured us growing up.  That safe feeling.  And having been around so many admirable qualities that you saw in your parents growing up, you want to continue that theme. 

Women want a strong man.  She also doesn't need or want a whiney little boy, she needs you to be indpendent. 

Be cool and be a gentleman.  Not a fag, a gentleman.
