Lately I've been seeing a girl who I get along great with, and there's definitely a lot of chemistry going on. The one 'date' I've been on with her went well but of course I decided not to make a move.

The problem is that I'm not sure what my next move should be, and lately she has been telling me she's been pretty busy (of course I'm cool as can be at this point but secretly I'm freaking out).

Every advice given to me seems to be saying to wait it out and let her chase you. But I'm finding it hard to believe that any relationship can happen if we're both playing the same wait game and neither of us takes the first big step.
 
I hate a missed opportunity, so my question is... should I just not say a word and continue my life or should I get her out for coffee and just be straight forward and tell her that I'm crazy about her?

Hopefully this email hasn't gotten to you too late...NO, do not tell her you are crazy about her.  The mere fact that you are spending any time with her is enough for her to realize you like her.  Don't be obvious.  At the same time, you can't let too much time pass before you make a move or the oven will have cooled off and suddenly you're friends. 

If she likes you, she'll make time to see you.  If she's busy, and she likes you, she'll at least make time to text you, email or call. 

If you manage to get another date with her within a reasonable amount of time (say the next 2 weeks) then that technically would be your second date which means you need to be a bit more aggressive in making your move.  Don't make your move at the beginning - simply because you don't know where you stand.  And if you don't know where you stand with her, you won't be lying down with her. 

During your date see where the conversation and subtle gestures lead you.  Build it up, build the heat...because this is the one time you want to be in the kitchen.
