natureofproject: I like this one guy and he likes me too. We've both told eachother. Anyway, he said that he wanted to show me how much. He was taking me home and while we were parked he started kissing my neck. I wanted to start kissing him and easily could have but i didn't want to make it that easy. Now I think that he thinks that i don't like him. He's upset but won't tell me why. What should I do to show him that I still want him?

What you can do to show him you still want him? - Don't change who you are. This is what will end up happening if you put out for the guy now - he'll lose interest in you.
